1) Start of all, check for Xbox app updates: enterMicrosoft Store app >select More than ...(upper right corner)  > Downloads and updates  > Get updates .

Furthermore, be certain Windows has the latest update: select theStartbutton, so selectSettings  >Update & Security  >Windows Update  >Cheque for Updates. If in that location is an available update, selectInstall at present.

ii) If the result persists, attempt to repair/Reset Xbox app:

1. SelectShowtime >Settings >Apps> Apps & features

2. Select the Xbox app

3. Select theAdvanced options link under the proper noun of the app.

4. On the page that opens, selectRepairif it's bachelor. If information technology isn't available or doesn't set up the problem, selectReset.

three) If all the previous tries didn't solve the problem, try to reset the Xbox App business relationship cache:

Hi pasqualeeno, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately none of those fixed the issue, nor did anything on the folio linked through by XBF Ihssane Z.

I thought I should add that I've noticed the verbal same result has happened on my laptop too.

Allow me know if you lot have any more thoughts on the matter.
